Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data NeuralChetna collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can ask us to remove it.

Who we are

NeuralChetna operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described below. Privacy questions can be sent to founder@neuralchetna.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your organisation and role
• Your country
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The description of the challenge you write
• Your answers to the optional “Map your organisational brain” questions
• The fact that you gave consent, and when

We also process your IP address transiently to apply rate limiting. It is not stored in the enquiry record; only a truncated, salted hash is included in the internal notification so that repeated abuse can be recognised.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a marketing mailing list without asking you separately.
• We do not use enquiry content to train machine-learning models.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked for. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS, request logging and cookieless page-view analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for the notification we receive and the confirmation you receive.
• Titan (via GoDaddy) — the mailbox in which your message is read and answered.

These providers process data under contract and only on our instructions. Data may be processed outside your country; transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual protections.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that become client relationships are retained for the duration of that relationship and for the period required by applicable law and professional obligations afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Write to founder@neuralchetna.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and no cookies are required to use it.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, does not track you between websites, and reports only aggregate figures such as how many people viewed a page. We cannot identify you from it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy. Enquiry data is validated server-side and rate limited. To report a vulnerability, see our responsible disclosure page.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date of the current version will be shown here once the notice is finalised at launch.
